These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the PerkCup platform, including our mobile app, customer rewards experience, and connected café services.
Using PerkCup
PerkCup provides ordering, rewards, referral, and offer experiences linked to participating cafés. You agree to use the service lawfully, accurately, and only for your own genuine customer account.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, keeping your credentials secure, and using your account only for legitimate customer activity. We may suspend or restrict accounts that are abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful to PerkCup, participating cafés, or other users.
Café-linked communications
PerkCup is a loyalty and offers platform. By creating an account through a participating café, you understand that PerkCup may send you rewards updates, service notifications, and exclusive offers related to the café you joined through as part of the service experience.
Orders, rewards, and referrals
Rewards, referrals, menu items, offers, and promotion rules may vary by café and may change over time. PerkCup and participating cafés may correct errors, cancel fraudulent activity, or adjust benefits if misuse, technical issues, or policy violations occur.
Payments
Payments are processed using third-party payment providers. PerkCup does not guarantee uninterrupted payment availability and is not responsible for outages, bank issues, or third-party provider failures outside our control.
Service changes and availability
We may update, improve, restrict, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We aim for reliable service, but availability is not guaranteed and maintenance, outages, or integration issues may occasionally affect access.
