Information we collect
Depending on how you use PerkCup, we may collect your name, email address, mobile number, account identifiers, rewards activity, order history, referral activity, and the café you signed up through.
How we use your information
- To create and manage your PerkCup account
- To process orders, payments, rewards, referrals, and support requests
- To send service messages, rewards updates, and café-specific offers connected to the café you joined through
- To improve app performance, security, fraud detection, and product quality
Café-specific offers and communications
PerkCup is a loyalty and offers platform. When you create an account through a café, PerkCup may send you rewards updates, service communications, and exclusive offers related to that café relationship. We do not use your sign-up to send unrelated third-party advertising.
Sharing and storage
We share data only as needed to operate PerkCup, such as with payment, infrastructure, and authentication providers. We store information using reasonable technical and organizational safeguards and limit access to authorized people and systems.
Your choices
You can contact us to request account updates or correct inaccurate information. You can delete your account at any time from the app, or from our account deletion page. Some service-related messages are essential to operating your PerkCup account.
